2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: name, email, phone, age, co-borrower age, property address, estimated home value, mortgage balance, loan purpose, and credit self-assessment submitted through our calculator or contact forms.
  • Automatically collected: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited, referring URL, and timestamps via cookies, pixels, and server logs.
  • Third-party data: automated home value estimates (AVM) from RentCast and address suggestions from Google Places when you enter an address.

3. How we use your information

  • Generate a reverse mortgage estimate and home value estimate for you.
  • Contact you by phone, email, or SMS about your inquiry and reverse mortgage options.
  • Send confirmation and follow-up emails from our team.
  • Improve site performance, security, and content.
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations.

4. How we share your information

We share the information you submit through the lead form with our licensed loan originators at Simply Approved Mortgages and, when appropriate, with HUD-approved HECM wholesale lenders who may fund your loan. We also share limited data with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics, AVM). We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar) to measure traffic and improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work properly if you do.

6. Communications, TCPA & E-SIGN consent

Express written consent. By submitting the lead form, calculator, contact form, or otherwise providing your telephone number or email to Simply Approved Mortgages, you expressly consent and agree that Simply Approved Mortgages, its affiliates, service providers, lending partners, and their agents may contact you at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide — including your wireless/cellular number — for any purpose related to your inquiry, application, and reverse mortgage options, using any of the following methods:

  • Live telephone calls
  • Artificial or prerecorded voice messages
  • SMS and MMS text messages
  • Email, including transactional and marketing email
  • Artificial intelligence (AI) voice, AI chat, and AI-assisted follow-up communications

This consent applies even if your telephone number is listed on any federal, state, corporate, or internal Do Not Call (DNC) registry. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or service and that you can still request information without providing this consent by calling us directly at 877-813-7219. How to opt out. You may withdraw this consent and stop receiving communications at any time by:

7. Data retention

We retain lead and application information for as long as needed to service your inquiry, comply with federal and state record-retention laws (typically 25+ months for mortgage records under Regulation B), and defend legal claims.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or "sale/sharing" of personal information, and to appeal a denial. We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our services are directed to adults age 62 and older; we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
