Terms and conditions for using the Simply Approved Mortgages reverse mortgage website

11. Arbitration & class-action waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Simply Approved Mortgages agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this site or these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and Simply Approved Mortgages waive any right to a jury trial and waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action. This section does not prevent either party from bringing an individual claim in small-claims court or from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual-property infringement in court.

12. Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to Section 11, any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

13. Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimers, and Licensing page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Simply Approved Mortgages regarding this site.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
